Partitionstabelle loop? raw disk access? Ich weiss ja nicht was parted da
fuer Begriffe verwendet, aber sofern das einfach istâ?¦

â?¦dass das Medium keine Partitionstabelle und Partitionen hat, sondern
direkt auf /dev/sdx das Dateisystem gepackt hast? Also im Prinzip ein
"mkfs.xxx /dev/sdy"?

Mit meinem so formatierten USB-Stick kommt zumindest Windows >=XP
zurecht.
