Nachdem die NSA nicht nur geheimdienstliche Aufgaben hat (Signals
Intelligence), sondern auch Forschungs-, Beratungs- und
Unterstuetzungsaufgaben im Bereich der Datensicherheit und des
Datenschutzes (Information Assurance), ist das m.E. nicht besonders
ueberraschend:
